About the role
The Shire of Ravensthorpe has an exciting opportunity for a highly self-motivated person to assist the Projects and Regulatory Services Team as an Administration Assistant. Full time or Part time work can be negotiated depending on the requirements of the preferred applicant. Reporting to the Projects & Regulatory Administration Officer, you will be based in the Hopetoun Office and will provide vital support in planning, coordinating and implementation of all Shire works relating to emergency services, airport and rangers, planning, building and health as well as special projects administration.
As the Projects & Regulatory Administration Assistant you will provide a high level of administration support to the team and assist in developing and progressing documentation for the Shire of Ravensthorpe to improve systems, procedures and programs in line with relevant legislation.

Conditions
Applicants must have or be willing to successfully obtain:
- Current C class license
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Qualifications or relevant experience in Administration
- Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol.
- National police clearance.

The Shire of Ravensthorpe encompasses the settlements of Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun, Jerdacuttup, Munglinup and Fitzgerald and is located within the picturesque Fitzgerald Biosphere Coast region.
