Residents in the Shire of Ravensthorpe can use their yellow lid recycling bins to dispose of a variety of recyclable materials, helping to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
Common recyclable items include paper and cardboard products such as newspapers, magazines, office paper, cereal boxes, and cardboard packaging. These materials are easily recyclable and can be repurposed into new paper products, reducing the need for virgin wood pulp and helping to conserve forests. Please flatten them before placing in your recycling bin.
Rigid plastic containers, glass bottles and metal cans are also accepted in yellow lid recycling bins. Please wash and remove the lids before placing in your recycling bin.
