The Shire of Ravensthorpe welcomes the appointment of Caroline Robinson as the new chair of the Ravensthorpe Hopetoun Future Fund (RHFF).
The RHFF has been providing financial support to local residents since it was established in 2011 and it is vital the chair be someone impartial who does not reside in the Shire of Ravensthorpe.
The Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission (GEDC) coordinated the appointment of Ms Robinson, who is based in Narembeen.
Chief Executive Officer Matthew Bird said the RHFF would benefit from Ms Robinson’s varied experience and welcomed her to the role.
"Caroline comes to the RHFF with a lot of experience in guiding regional communities with future planning," he said. "She already has experience in our region after working with the Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun community resource centres to help set up the Fitzgerald Business Network."

The Shire of Ravensthorpe thanks the GEDC for coordinating the appointment process and also acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the previous chair Brenna Swanson.
